Ensure was engaged by the Owners Corporation to provide an expert witness report along with numerous building condition and remedial building reports for the Owners Corporation on this multi-residential Class 2 building. The Owners were provided with an extensive report detailing all remedial building issues. Following this, Ensure undertook the demolition of 1 large planter box and re-waterproofing of 1 balcony with a liquid membrane and internal hob construction to create a new step up for the aluminium sliding door suites. The works also included the removal of the existing sliding doors and installation of new membrane installed underneath the sub-sill, render repairs, installation of new pedestal pavement system to match existing finishes.
All residents remained in place throughout the remedial building works and were managed carefully by the Ensure project team to make sure all residents were always communicated with.
