Ensure Waterproofing have just completed fixing our leaking verandah, that unfortunately was over 2 bedrooms below. Jake coordinated and oversaw the complex work which included removal of old tiles, installing a sheet membrane system, installing new tiling screed and laying new tiles (which was done beautifully.) They also replaced the damaged bedroom ceiling and repainted the effected bedroom.  Jake has gathered an excellent, specialised hard working team around him and communicated, updated and explained extremely well throughout the project . Zac particularly worked hard and conscientiously to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. After battling with this leaky verandah since purchasing the house in 2018, and a previous attempt at fixing the leaking,  it is wonderful to have it finally fixed! A detailed ‘Scope of Works’ was prepared by Ensure and despite difficulties with accessing the site due to ongoing roadworks, the job was completed within a pleasing time frame.
