Ensure was engaged to attend this Class 2 multi-residential building at the request of the Strata Management firm due to reports of water ingress to multiple units. The team at Ensure conducted numerous forms of diagnostic testing including the use of electronic multimeters, thermal imaging cameras as well as water trace testing. The Strata Management firm and Owners Corporation were provided with a detailed diagnostic causation report, along with recommendations for remedial repair complete with indicative costings for their consideration.
